Shipping & Return Policies


Shipping

We only charge actual shipping costs, no processing/handling fees. Shipping charges will be determined during checkout.

Tops and Bobbins ships worldwide through USPS, UPS and FedEx. Standard shipping through USPS unless specified otherwise.

We will gladly ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

“Free Shipping” promotions are for US orders only.

Most orders will ship the following business day after your order is placed.
Priority shipping will usually be received within 2-3 shipping days.
Please allow additional time during promotions and sales.

We use Priority flat rate shipping envelopes and boxes on most orders, or First Class envelopes on smaller (lighter) orders to keep shipping costs minimal.

Tops and Bobbins is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items in the mail.
We will always provide a confirmation # guaranteeing your items were shipped (unavailable for First Class envelopes). If items are lost in the mail, we will do everything we can to help track it down.

We will ship your order using the address provided on the invoice. Please make sure to notify us if your purchase is a gift and you would like a different address to be used.


FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If there are taxes, tariffs, Value Added Tax (VAT) charges, additional delivery charges, or any other charges due, that cost is the buyer's responsibility. Tops and Bobbins does not accept responsibility for any charges/taxes that your country may apply to your shipment.

We will make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible while still shipping your order with efficiency and care. This may include shipping your order in a vacuum-sealed bag to reduce volume and for additional protection.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving them and returned unused, in original packaging and condition verified before any refunds are issued.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

There are no returns on custom cut fabric, trims or personalized orders.

Refund for Quilting Services

We treat each quilt top as we would our own; we will make every effort to ensure your piece is completed to your satisfaction.

However, due to the unique nature of each piece, we do not allow returns of custom or personalized orders.
